Terms & Conditions to Service

Recruitment 

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following terms and conditions apply to the recruitment of Euro-Jobs Ghana Ltd, Bryt TV, Taifa Norway, Accra - Ghana, hereinafter referred to as Euro-Jobs and the client, hereinafter referred to as applicant. Separate general terms and conditions apply to recruitment. The terms and conditions also apply to future business, to the exclusion of conflicting other terms and conditions, even if an express reference is then no longer made. The applicant undertakes to notify Euro Jobs as soon as the applicant has submitted his job placement documents to Euro Jobs and has nevertheless started an employment relationship with another employer. In addition, the applicant is obliged to inform Euro-Jobs immediately if the applicant's health deteriorates so much that the applicant can no longer carry out his work. The applicant also informs Euro Jobs if he has committed a criminal offense in the period after submitting the form.


1. General 

1.1 A placement is deemed to exist if an employment relationship is established with an employee who has the status of an applicant. Only one type of full employment counts (at least 35 hours per week); this also applies if the applicant has received a work visa through an invitation from the German company for an interview and is therefore in Germany. If the applicant is given notice during a trial, it is still the job of the applicant to find a new employer. If the applicant cancels his contract with the employer, it is also the job of the applicant to find a new employer.

1.2 Euro-Jobs and its cooperation partners observe the federal data protection law of Germany and that of the nation of Ghana (BDSG) in its respective version.

1.3 The contracting parties are obliged to maintain confidentiality about data and information they have received about an applicant as part of the placement or application. This obligation continues even after the termination of the agency contract. The employer must return or delete the documents handed over by Euro-Jobs upon request, taking into account the legal deadlines and regulations. This does not apply to documents submitted by an applicant * with whom the employer has concluded a contract. 

1.4 The employer undertakes not to pass on any personal data (names, addresses, application documents etc.) and profiles of the proposed applicants from Euro-Jobs to third parties and to use the application documents exclusively for the purpose of filling the existing vacancy. References from former employers may only be obtained in consultation with Euro-Jobs and its cooperation partners.

1.5 After completing the application process, the employer undertakes to delete all personal data of the candidates. This does not apply to documents passed on by an applicant * with whom the client has concluded a contract.


2. Recruitment

2.1 A placement is deemed to exist if an employment relationship is established with a job seeker who has the status of an applicant. Only one type of full employment counts (at least 35 hours per week); this also applies if the applicant has received a work visa through an invitation from the German company for an interview and is therefore in Germany.

2.2 The information provided by Euro-Jobs on the specialist skills and knowledge of the applicants is not based on their own investigations, but on the information provided by the applicant and information from third parties. Euro-Jobs therefore does not guarantee that the information provided is correct.


3. Conditions of recruitment

3.1 Euro-Jobs is entitled to payment of a processing fee by the applicant for the form submitted to the responsible consultant and the associated documents. The agency fee is 2,000.00 GHs. The applicant must transfer the amount to the account specified by Euro-Jobs. The amount must never be given in cash. The applicant keeps receipt as proof of the transfer of the fee.

3.2 As soon as a German company wishes to hire the applicant, he/she must deposite the full amount of the service fee to the specified account of Euro-Jobs.

3.3 A handover of the visa and the related documents for starting work only takes place after the full payment of the service fee.

3.4 The applicant is responsible for his flight tickets.

3.5 Should, after a consensus with a German company, the applicant withdraw from the contract with Euro-Jobs, the applicant will be paid the remaining amount of the service fee minus all costs incurred up to that point.

5. Final provisions, offsetting, place of jurisdiction

5.1 Verbal collateral agreements must be confirmed in writing by Euro-Jobs to be effective. This also applies to the lifting of the writing requirement.

5.2 Should any part of this contract be invalid, the rest of the contract remains valid. The parties will meet to replace the ineffective part of the contract with an effective one that comes as close as possible to the legal and economical.

5.3 Place of jurisdiction for all legal disputes arising to this contract relationship is Accra - Ghana.
